“We found Water’s Edge by accident after having obtained quotes from other contractors in Columbus. The owner of the company provided a quote that was lower than any other we had obtained. The owner also had more knowledge about the specifics of building pools, the construction, engineering, timing, coordination other contractors etc. He had more hands on knowledge than any of the other sales reps we had spoken to. We later found out that he knew so much because he actually builds the pools with his crew, down in the hole applying vermiculite to the bottom, helping install the liner etc. The fellas who work for Water’s Edge were courteous, friendly and generally pleasant. Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind we have a 24hr cancellation policy and take a credit card to hold your services appointment. If a technician arrives at your home because you did not cancel your appointment, you will be charged a fee.

Our customer’s time is valuable to us, and when waiting for pool service it can feel like the clock is moving backwards. We want to be available to take an appointment for everyone needing our services, and the sooner the better. One appointment not cancelled means one or more customers who could have scheduled in that slot…but are instead left to wait unnecessarily. So let’s help each other out, as you would hope someone would do for you. Everyone wants to get back to enjoying their beautiful pool!
